Tell us about your business?
Travelscene Taigum is an agent for all reputable airlines, hotels and tour operators, selling a full range of international and Australian travel products. Unlike some other outlets, we are not restricted to certain airlines or tour operators. You'll have a wide choice, whether up market or inexpensive.  As well as the widest range of travel products, Travelscene Taigum provides a complete service to leisure and corporate clients which also includes:  advice on airlines and connections, advice on holiday and business travel locations, personalised itinerary planning, automated on-line booking and ticketing services, advice on Government regulations, vaccination requirements and passport/visa requirements in overseas countries. Excellence in service is our standard. Regardless of whether your trip is a major overseas tour or a short rail journey you will find our consultants extremely helpful, experienced and knowledgeable.

What do you think are your key points of difference?
Our staff are all well travelled and passionate about their clients and their holidays. We are knowledgeable, well respected and all our clients are treated as "Gold Class" clients.

Does your business specialise in any providing travel for any specific destinations or experiences?
We are specialists for South Africa, USA, Canada, Bali, Thailand  Espiratu Santo and Vanuatu.

Why do you do what you do?
We enjoy the opportunity to help people realise their travel dreams.  Its' great to get the "Thank You" when they come home.

1. Keep your passport up to date
2. Register on Smart Traveller before you go
3. Don't over pack

Where was your favourite travel experience and why?
Travelling to South Africa and doing a number of Safari Drives, and being able to see the big 5.  Such an eye opening country!

Bevan and I would like to thank you so very much for organising our recent holiday to Adelaide and Northern Territory, (a job well done.)   The Itinerary was set out perfectly. Darwin motel was the only hiccup, it was very small, but we learn by our mistakes and we'll get it right next time. The country in the N.T was such an eye opener and just to look at the vast open land was awesome.
